Services
Bloom provides web design, SEO, AEO, and marketing services on a project or monthly basis. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are set out in your proposal or plan. We aim to hit every date we quote and will tell you promptly if anything changes.
Billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time before your next billing date. Project work is quoted and invoiced per the agreed scope. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Ownership
You own your website, content, domain, and accounts. Once a project is paid in full, all deliverables are yours. We keep the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access we need to do the work. You are responsible for the legality of content and offers you ask us to publish.
Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
